The Cyclones - Nobody / Little Egypt 1963 UK Oriole 45-CB 7" 45rpm Rock, Pop
The Cyclones were a Beat group from Liverpool.
The original printed Oriole paper sleeve is undamaged. There is age-related handling and storage wear. There is some creasing, particularly around the entry edge, but no rips or splits. Graded as VG+.
The vinyl easily and conservatively grades as EX. It has been played - but not much. The Oriole four prong push out centre does not show clear spindle marks on either side. There are some small bumps under the paper which were likely caused during manufacture. Otherwise the labels are clean and undamaged. Despite the fact that it has been occasionally(?) played there are no obvious scratches. There are a couple of light hairlines but these do not impact on play or sound quality. On play grading there was naturally a little static or crackle on the run in and run out on both sides and minimal distortion and deterioration in the audio - certainly nothing which impacts on sound quality and therefore enjoyment of the record. The surface is still clean and carries a little shine or gloss. It it is suggested that it would be difficult to find a better copy of this 60 year old record.
Please note that the photograph of Side A shows some light marks adjacent to the Matrix Number. This is a fault in the photography and not an actual mark.
