CONDITION:

Record: NM : Purchased new, opened & handled but never played. Both sides look clean & glossy. Clean labels etc (see photos)

Cover: NM : No issues (see photos)

Inner Sleeve: VG+ : The sharp edge of the vinyl has caused minor tear to the seam of the printed inner sleeve (see last photo)

Both the slipmat and signed print are also in excellent condition.
