Description

Promo only record given away at gigs or by mail order after the band's first reformation in 1978.


This has the plain white labels with white sticker on one side and lettering in black print.

Sticker printed with:  "DODGY DEMO CO
                                    THE DAMNED
                                    LOVE SONG (A) BURGLAR (B)"

250 copies were given away free at The Damned's Electric Ballroom gig (23/12/78), another 250 copies given away free at The Damned's Croydon Greyhound gig (14/1/79).

Recorded at RMS Studios which was called SGS Recording Studios at the time.

I no longer have a record player so cannot vouch for the quality of the sound however the vinyl looks pretty good under light.

Comes with original plain white sleeve with shows the usual signs of age: some small tears at the top, some creasing and discolouration.  Please take time to look at the photographs, they form part of the description.
