Description
The Damned's seminal debut single New Rose, Dutch pressing on Stiff Records with the fantasic 'Kitchen' shot photo of the band on the sleeve. Very few of these copies were pressed in Holland and are increasingly difficult to find. Usually due to the flimsy nature of the sleeve the picture covers are generally torn around the edges and not in very good condition, but not here.
With this copy the sleeve is in excellent condition and has been stored in a plastic sleeve for most of it's existence. There are no rips, just a few slight creases on the corners which don't really detract from such a rare and sought after piece of Damned memorabilia. The record too is in great shape with just a couple of slight surface marks, which although visible on the otherwise nice shiny black playing surfaces do not detract from the playing quality which is excellent. The labels are nice bright white with black print and no defacements of any kind.
