Description

I recently cleared a property and came across a couple of boxes full of old records.  The boxes contained a mixture of 7" & 12" vinyl records Alot of the 7" singles were punk related from the 70's / 80's. Most of them still looked to be in fairly good condition. I'm not a record collector or dealer so i don't know how to grade a record to a collectors standard. All i can do is be as honest with the description as possible.
This listing is for:
French Import New Rose / Help by The Damned Skydog Records / DAM 001 / 1977 Condition: Gd
The picture cover is fairly clean, it does have storage related marks, scuffs & faint creasing. It also has light wear to the edges and it looks like there are 2 drawing pin holes in the top corners. Both sides of the record are fairly clean. The record does have visible faint scuffs & light scratches. To be honest the record isn't in the best condition but it does play without skipping.
Please study the photographs carefully as they do form part of the description and will give you a much better idea of condition. If in doubt please feel free to ask any questions.
At the bottom of the listing i have included a record grading system from an online record seller. I don't know how accurate it is but i will give my personal opinion of the record listed using this system.

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent (Ex) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (Vg) The record has obviously been played many times, and may have slight deterioration in sound quality, noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Sleeve will have wear and tear, as expected for it's age.

Good (Gd) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and scratches. The cover and contents suffer from significant folding, scuffing of edges, discoloration, etc.
