Description
Ex+ to Nr mint, disc & sleeve in top condition. The paper labels have some very scant spindle marks on both sides which is visible when held up at a particular angle to strong light. The playing surface has the odd fine whispy paper mark, but is essentially sheeny shiny jet black. Single test play today showed some as expected, organic vinyl crackle but it is quite modest to my ear & not at all distracting. It is only audible prior to the start & at the end of the music. During the songs, it ain't got a chance to be heard! There are no skips, jumps, clicks or pops. The sleeve has extremely limited signs of being handled. There is no bend or crease, no fade of print, no tears, scuffs, smudges. There is limited ring compression wear which, like the spindle mark, is visible upon close inspection. No corner dinks but possibly some tiny edge wear given that the colour of the closed edges is black- certainly no feathering of the paper fibres & no seam splits, no moisture damage.. From private collection. Has been stored upright for many years with the disc in a white die cut paper sleeve, both this & the picture cover have been stored independently of each other in sealed polythene 7" sleeves. The print on the run out grooves is easily readable.
