Description
Acceptable copy of the single given away at gigs and as a competition prize through the NME. The picture sleeve is creased and stained but there are no tears or splits. The single was sold to me a few years ago as being a genuine autographed example. The front cover has the word "Vanian" in the centre with "Rat" and "Sensible" on the back. I have not authenticated these signatures so I am not able to say myself that they are genuine. The disc has a few surface marks but no scratches. On the a-side run out groove it says "YOU BETTER HAVE THE ALBUM I SAID YOU BETTER HAVE THE ALBUM" and DAMNED-1-1 has been machine stamped. On the b-side run out groove it says "ONE YEAR OLDS" and DAMNED-2-1 has been machine stamped.
Over the next few days I hope to be listing all of The Damned's UK releases between 1976 and 1986 (well the rare ones at least that I have) including Stretcher Case Baby, Dodgy Demo and the uncut picture disc of Thanks For The Night.
