The Deep Freeze Mice – Saw a Ranch House Burning Last Night

Cordelia Records – Catalogue no. Mole 4 (1983)

Excellent chance to own a rare vinyl copy of the fourth album from cult Leicester band The Deep Freeze Mice. In a gatefold sleeve, with an additional A4 inset sheet.

(Inset sheet states: “This special edition is limited to 180 copies” )

Sleeve is in fair to v. good condition

please note the following :

(1) Because of the slightly outsize nature of the sleeve, the very top edge of the sleeve shows signs of wear

(2) There are three faint scuff marks on the back cover

(please see the two close up photos below – one shows the wear at the top of the sleeve and one of the scuff marks, the other shows the other two scuff marks).

Otherwise the front sleeve and the inside sleeve and the inset are all in excellent condition.

Vinyl is in very good/ excellent condition. There are no scratches or significant surface marks.

This record has been kept in a smoke free environment.
