The item you are viewing for sale is a The Delfonics original 1970 vinyl record, NOT a modern day re-release. This album is USED AND COLLECTIBLE, open box, UNtested item(s) from a pet-free, smoke-free location. Any and all defects or imperfections are displayed in the pictures provided. Please view photos closely for details. **Note the ink defacement on one side of the vinyl label.

Shipping
Shipping and handling on this item is sent via USPS Ground Mail only (2 to 9 business days) and WITHIN the CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY. NO P.O. Boxes for recipient addresses will be accepted. NO delivery to U.S. Territories - Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands etc. NO Military Base/APO/FPO deliveries. NO Canada, Mexico or other International deliveries. Any addresses shown to be of any of these categories, the transaction will be canceled, a full refund issued and the item(s) will be re-listed. Please be sure that the physical shipping address you use can receive USPS mail delivery. Item(s) sold WILL NOT be shipped to any other alternative address other than the one registered under that buyer's eBay account. It is buyer's responsibility to further ship purchased merchandise to an alternate location if so desired.
All shipments are tracked and insured upon delivery confirmation.
Because many items are being sold and prepared to ship to buyers at once purchases MAY require 3 business days to be processed, packaged and shipped from the date payment has been received. No shipping will be done on Sundays or Holidays.

Payment
Payment MUST be received within 3 days of an auction's ending or an offer is accepted AND immediately after a "Buy It Now" option is chosen. Reporting and submission of an Unpaid Item Case against such buyers may result if that should not occur.

Returns & Refunds Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Buyer pays return shipping. Item(s) MUST BE in the SAME CONDITION as it was originally listed and photographed as when it was shipped. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, materials, instructions, literature and packaging etc. must be intact and undamaged as in the SAME CONDITION when it was initially listed and pictured and are to be included with the return. Do not discard any packaging until you are completely satisfied with the products in your order. Return of the open-box, used item with a misuse return reason and/or returns considered incomplete and missing components are subject to the buyer being charged a re-listing re-stocking fee (approx. 25%) based on the item's returned condition. Please pack well and RETURN EVERYTHING sent in the original order in order to qualify for a full refund. All packages returned to EDB of sold item(s) are video recorded upon being received, opened and inspected. Any and/or all serial numbers/model numbers are recorded. All return requests are to be initiated through eBay only.
