Title: Surf Side EP/PS, Tracks: Surfside/Avalon Stomp/Harbour Cruise/Night Rider
Artist: the Denver Men
Label/No: Australian HMV 7EGP-70040
Year: 1963
Vinyl condition: VG+, strong shine and gloss all over, a couple of visible marks, looks great
Labels: Exc both sides
Cover: VG, light wear on the front and edges (see scan) and a letter “M” on the back at the top (see scan). No splits or tears and in great shape for an oldie.
Other: Classic Denvermen surf pumpers.

I always put "Good" or "Very Good" at the top of the listing BUT read the more detailed description in the Item Description section. Ebay's generic definitions don't suit most vinyl gradings.
