Description
Mega-rare priginal local pressed OC LA punk offering (Rogelletti Records 1980 - RR001) from The Dils, unplayed vinyl 3 sided, 2x7 inch singles. The gatefold sleeve has had a little damage (stock photo used here) with creases to the front and a little discolouration to the rear but is easily in VG+ shape. The vinyl has not been played since I picked it up in the late 1980's from an LA record dealer, all labels have no spindle marks, the vinyl looks unplayed though could do with a clean, the original white paper inners are in good shape, I am calling it easily an EX condition vinyl for both discs. This is a keeper copy and I am reluctantly letting it go along with some other stuff to make a bit of space. Sensible starting bid acts as reserve.

On this date in 1980, The Dils released their third single, Made In Canada. It was really a three sided 7 inch offering. On one record was "Sound Of The Rain" backed by "It's Not Worth It". A second, one-sided 7 inch was included with the song "Red Rockers". None of the tracks appeared on an album. For this effort, the Los Angeles punk band went under the name "Les Dils". The band called it quits by the end of the year. Brothers Chip and Tony Kinman went on to form cowpunk band Rank & File.
