Packaging (SEALED albums): Sealed albums will be placed in a clear outer protective sleeve, sealed, then sandwiched between two large cardboard stiffener pads, carefully centered and taped together, squeezing the album enough to keep the LP inside from sliding back and forth during shipping, to prevent seam-splits. The oversized cardboard reinforcement pads also protect the edges and corners of the cover from dings. I have used this method for many years to practically eliminate seam splits on sealed LPs.
The album “sandwich” is then packaged with bubble-wrap and Styrofoam peanuts in an oversize box. The box is large enough that it should easily withstand even being dropped directly on its corner without damaging the cover inside. I know very well what it is like to receive poorly packaged records, so I am careful to make sure your album is safely packaged and arrives safely.Tracking: You should automatically receive your Tracking Number by email when the Shipping Label is printed.
