Records pressed in Japan are the finest quality to be found anywhere. It is my understanding that the reason Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) pressed all their albums in Japan was because Japan was almost the only country where they could get 100% pure vinyl, and because Japanese production included the use of Nippon Gramophone cutters and stamping process.
This double LP is a Japanese import on Elektra Records (P-6349-50E) and it is probably hard to find in pristine condition. It comes in the original gatefold cover but does not have the OBI.
Record Condition: Mint (based on visual inspection).
Cover Condition: Like new, shows very minimal signs of use although it does have the hint of a record ring.
Album is not a cutout.
