About the condition - The record played through without any major issues.  Slight surface noise at times but nothing overpowering or distracting.  A few faint ticks at the beginning of side 2 that quickly go away.  The surface noise is mostly in between tracks and during quieter parts of songs.  VG+.  This is the Elektra "Big E" red label pressing.  There were a few pressing plants the pressed this album in 1970, and this copy is from the initial run.The sleeve has general shelf and is split on the side of the gatefold where the record is held.  It would probably be best to store the record outside of the sleeve to avoid a further split.  The record will be shipped in this manner and placed inside of a poly outer sleeve. It is otherwise in nice condition without any problems on the cover itself.  VG/G+
