Description
This is the 17th album of 19 autographed albums which I obtained from an estate. The albums spanned from the late 1960's to the early 1980's. No reserve as always. This is The Doors "Soft Parade" album from 1969. It has a low, $9.99 opening bid, which is much less than I paid and less than just the album alone is worth to collectors.
This album has what looks like the signature of Jim Morrison in a "Sharpie" type permanent marker on the inside cover. The album cover itself is in very good condition and does have wear from storage and use. It is hard to see in the photos, but the bottom right corner may have gotten wet at one time, as there is some bumping up ridges there. You can't see really unless you hold at an angle in the light. The record itself is in very nice shape, I only see light scratches that appear to be minor ones here and there. I have not played it to check, but the record looks like it was very lightly played. The inner sleeve is in good shape as shown. As a bonus, I will put the record in a protective Mylar sleeve to protect it and also put album inside a plastic cover for shipping.
