Description

A lovely copy of the Doors' classic second album.
The iconic cover is in superb condition with only the very slightest of laminate lift and folding at the opening edge and spine. The sumptuous colours retain their just-printed freshness and the high-gloss laminate is fully intact with just slight marbling when viewed at an oblique angle. Sleeve graded Excellent.
The inner sleeve is in superb condition, with no rips, tears or writing, and just the inevitable creasing which is unavoidable when removing the record. VG+ for the creases (otherwise Ex).
The vinyl retains its original sheen, has no scratches or blemishes and lays perfectly flat on the turntable. The 'big E' Elektra orange lables are in lovely condition, with no marks, writing or blemishes, other than the mild play marks around the spindle hole. The record grades Excellent.
On playback, the record lives up to its appearances. There are no jumps, scratches or ticks and the album plays excellently throughout.
