Description

Original 45 & Picture Sleeve for The Doors debut release, 'Break On Through/End Of The Night'. 

Sleeve in great shape with no splits. 

Record in excellent condition with one faint inaudible surface scratch. All grooves are deep with a nice luster. 

I bought this 20+ years ago from a man that purchased it new in 1967. It was fresh when I bought it & has been in a glass frame nearly as long as I've had it. 

This record first came out in January of 1967. The label is from that period of Elektra Records history. Black & White logo & text over a rose colored background. 

This release was the beginning of the worldwide exposure & domination that The Doors would eventually experience. This single didn't catch on as much as they'd hoped but the next single, Light My Fire, caught on and got the ball rolling.
