This is Pennsylvania rock and roll vocal group, The Dovells, singing "You Can't Sit Down" on Parkway 7025 from 1963.  This mono record looks to be a strong VG++ with very minor surface markings but plays in NM condition and comes in a Cameo/Parkway inner sleeve. No audio defects were noted during the testing of this record. The jacket is in beautiful NM condition with NR stamped on the back cover.  This item comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve. This is a stunning copy of this album - almost like brand new.  Not quite - but almost. Perfect for the serious collector!!!!
