Original, rare 1979 Durutti Column Sandpaper cover album. It is said that all the Factory artists of the time helped gluing the sandpaper sheet (including Joy Division musicians)

Grading:

Cover: Very Good Condition, Sandpaper is in perfect condition :-) but the glue has dried up at the seams and the seams are coming apart (I have never attempted to glue them back), Cover is protected in plastic sleeve (not displayed) that holds everything together.
Record: Near Mint

I am not a “professional” seller, I am selling my Vinyl collection, it is going to be a one-off operation and this explains why my rating or feedback is almost non-existent. In days to come Check out my other items!. I have had these items for some 25/30 years but have not been able to enjoy them for some 10 years now. They are all in good to near mint condition and I will make sure they reach you as safely as possible so that they can be enjoyed and cared for some more. Each item will be documented as honestly as I can and I will be happy to answers your requests for any additional information.

I understand record collector use the following grading, I have adhered to it in the grading above:
MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
