Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve and a poly-lined rice paper inner sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

• There are a lot of Eagles autographs out there but very, very few with these five signatures on one item.
• And for them to be on the cover of a Test Pressing of "Hotel California" makes this even more exclusive.
• I daresay this could be the only copy of a Test Pressing of this album with these five signatures on it that is available. I've certainly never seen another.
• The five signers are Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Don Felder, Joe Walsh and Randy Meisner. Their signatures have been certified by the included Letter Of Authentication (LOA).
• The record has never been played.
• It was pressed at Columbia Santa Maria (CSM). See the record label photo and the matrix info below the track listing.
  
• The dead wax has inscriptions on each side written by Frey and Henley. One side is "Is It 6 O'clock Yet?" The other side is "V.O.L. Is Five Piece Live" that refers to "Victim Of Love" which was recorded by all five band members live in the studio with no overdubs .
• The generic, die-cut, single piece board cover has tight seams and shows no wear.
• The original generic, die-cut, white paper inner sleeve is included. I have added a poly-lined rice paper sleeve.
• When Roger Epperson Authentication Limited (REAL) certified these signatures there was a Seals & Croft logo pencil sketched on the upper left side of the cover. The Seller said that when he took the album home to show his family after the Eagles had signed it he left it on his desk and one of his kids made the sketch. I decided to get rid of it and used an art gum eraser. You can't tell anything was there unless you're looking for it. You can see where it was and what it looked like in the photo on the LOA.
• This is a one-owner that the Seller got signed in person when the Eagles came to the record company offices in L.A. for a pre-release marketing meeting in 1976. It has been in storage for 42 years.
