Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Eagles - Hotel California - Vinyl LP album 1976.
UK Pressing
A6, B2 Matrix
Poster is in good condition.
Vinyl Condition: G (Visually the reocrd has a lot of light light surface marks, lines and scuffs. These are mostly from the rubbing against the inner sleeve and is a common issue with this LP. It has been played and enjoyed regularly over the years but still plays and soudns great. There is some light crackle in places and the occasional click/pop but no sticks or jumps).
Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Approx 4cm split to the bottom of the inner sleeve. Otherwise ok).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Some edge and corner wear & creasing. The bottom of the spine has what looks like a small line of white paint. Otherwise ok).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
