Description
Up for bid is a 33 1/3 rpm 7" EP of Miami punk legends The Eat titled "God Punishes The Eat" issued on Giggling Hitler (!) Records in 1980. This was their second release and now extremely hard to find. Songs are "Jimmie B. Good" + "Dr. T.V." b/w "Silly Drug Songs", "Nut Cop" + "Kneecappin." The picture sleeve (see scans below) is constructed more like an album cover (i.e. thicker cardboard) and is M- with a few age spots and only a hint of wear (really nice). It also comes with the original insert which is VG++ with some minor yellowing and wear along the folds. Scans of both sides are below (but not so hi-res so some fool tries to counterfeit it!). The record is M- with very light paper scuffs. Due to the rarity of the item there is a modest reserve (and it isn't as much as you think). An essential addition to any punk collection.
