Not going to beat around the bush, this 45 looks like it has been through a war---and lost! However, there are no skips just a lot of crackle and surface noise---the music definitely comes through loud! What a great disc! This is the Epics from Walnut Creek (SF Bay Area), California. Humpty Dumpty b/w Homesick. Top side has been comped several times and sounds like they spent a lot of time listening to The Sonics (can't go wrong there); flip is strong also. Look at the label scans---some wol and a major tear---if this disc was not so RARE and not so absolutely great, it would be in the trash can. NOTE: singer Bobby Winkleman gets some further cred since he went on to Frumious Bandersnatch and later to the Steve Miller Band. Very hard to find disc. All purchases packaged in brand new record mailer with packing squares and each side taped. Media Mail in US $5.50; International rates to be determined.
