Listed here is a rare 1968 northern soul 45 from The Excuses. Side A is a cover of Earl King's Trick Bag and side B is Keep On Climbing. This record was purchased in a bulk buy in Shreveport about a month ago. Many of the 45's I purchased were not in good condition. This is an exception. A visual examination shows a very shallow scratch of about an inch on Trick Bag. However I do stress that this scratch is very shallow and did not affect the playback as far as I could tell. There is very little surface noise on either side, and this leads me to believe that this record may have been purchased but played very few times, then stored for 40 years. The record comes in a generic sleeve which as some of the normal dirt around the edges you would expect.
