Hi, and welcome to my auction. I have been collecting records for over 20 years and have decided to start selling off some of my records. Over the coming weeks and months I shall be listing some rare and interesting records.

THE EXITS THE FASHION PLAGUE.

Up for auction is a MEGA RARE 1st press copy of EXITS THE FASHION PLAGUE on the Lightning Record Label.This is the back to front labels copy. The Exits were late-70s mod-revivalists fondly remembered by specialists for their mod classic, "The Fashion Plague." The band was formed in South London in 1975 by Colin Swan (bass) and Geno Buckmaster (guitar) with John Clarkston (keyboards) and Gary Hurley (drums). By 1978, the Exits had jumped on the mod bandwagon started by the Jam, releasing their sole single on Lightning Records.This one is very hard to find with the picture sleeve as only the first couple of hundred were issued with one.The vinyl is in EX condition with light 'sleeve' marks but plays faultlessly. The matt labels show no spindle at all.The sleeve is in great condition with light storage and discolouration.
