The FOUR TOPS – “GREATEST HITS”…LP…(Tamla Motown/EMI, TMLO-10012)…original 1967 Australian FIRST pressing…12 tracks, everyone an absolute classic…matte flip-back cover…rare PROMO COPY (original round red & white promo sticker on Side 1 label)…but what really defines this as being unique, is that the record is completely MINT…as fresh and shiny and UTTERLY pristine as the day it was pressed…and the cover is amazing too…let’s say, if graded out of 100, the cover would get a 95…yes, THAT good). I doubt there exists an original Aussie copy that has survived 51+ years, in better condition…

It's part of a HUGE collection of an ex-Aussie radio station big-wig (nice guy) who was given TWO promotional copies of every release (LP, 7”, 12”), by every Australian major label between 1956 and 1991 (the mind boggles - but it's true), and he stashed one away, never to be played, protected individually in non-vinyl-affecting plastic covers. 

So, this is indeed, an original 1967 FIRST pressing. The vinyl is simply unbeatable - unplayed, and the labels are pristine. 

Even its plastic inner sleeve looks untouched.

Basically, it's the kind of copy you dream of finding.
