Description

The Fabulous Monarchs on Dome 4010. "Hey Toots" and "Memories Of The Past"  Record is in VG condition. (record has a fair amount of scuffs. nothing deep or feel-able. plays well)  Very rare garage record the "A" side is un-comped and is more uptempo, and I think it is the better side. very crude frat / garage sound. The "B" side is a moody garage song and it was comped on  "Baltimore's Teen Beat A Go Go."

GRADING OF RECORDS 

MINT – record looks new and perfect looking. Not many records make this grade. 
NEAR MINT – record is ‘like new” very clean with only possibly the most minor and superficial of marks. 
VG++ record has only very minor surface marks and wear and is in excellent condition. 
VG+ record shows some surface marks but the record is still in relatively good shape. no feel-able scratches 
VG   record shows a fair amount of wear. may have feel-able scratches 
G   record shows excessive wear.
