Vinyl Condition:  MINT - as noted, the LP is still factory sealed, (but does have an opening at the top edge, not big enough to remove record from plastic though so it is still sealed, unplayed, mint.) 
Label Condition:  MINT 
Cover Condition:  MINT  - No drill holes, no cut corners!  Absolute WOW!
Notes:   Wonderful and rare find.  I believe the LP is a mono recording as there is no indication of stereo.  The multipage text/notes are separage sheets inside the plastic, see the picture below.  As the LP is sealed, there is also no indication on the cover as to the origin of the pressing.

If I do not hear from the winner, I send out a second invoice, 2 or 3 days after the end of the auction.
