On  US  Capitol  828.  My understanding is that this sleeve was issued to various radio stations across the States and it was discovered that the front member appeared to be exposing himself. and this was airbrushed out before the record went on general release. The sleeve is complete and generally in good order with slight damage top right where a small sticker has been removed .  WOKY  is written on the back (possible radio station)   Record has a slight edge warp but apart from a faint  whooshing sound on the first couple of tracks both sides play through great   Black label has  Sample Album for Radio-TV Program Use printed on it .. Very rare item
