Description

Original 1980 release of I Hate Tourists by the Massachusetts punk band the Freeze. Released on Rebel Records, 809-24. This was one of approximately 200 copies with a red sleeve.

 

This record originally had a song on each side, but Don’t Forget Me Tommy has been cancelled. The song is crossed out on the sleeve and label. The vinyl has been intentionally scratched on the side, making it unplayable. WHO? WHY?

 

This record was rescued from a box that was in a flooded basement. The sleeve is intact, but wrinkly and stained. It has bits of paper from another record sleeve stuck to it. As mentioned above, one side is unplayable. The I Hate Tourists side has light scratches, but they never overwhelm the music, and that side plays well.
