Here we have a nice copy of Art Tatum's The Genius of Art Tatum #1 album from the 1960's. This album was one of Tatum's earlier long playing albums that was originally released in 1954. This particular copy is the 3rd issue pressed on the black and silver Verve labels. I would estimate that this album was released around 1963-1965. The record is in strong VG+ condition with some light surface scratches and scuffs. It is relatively clean and plays through nicely with the occasional pop and crackle. The cover is in NM condition with the original shrink wrap still intact. There is a small price sticker on the front. There is an imprinted X on the back cover, most likely signifying it as a promo. An original Verve inner sleeve is included with the album. Please see all the pictures to determine the condition. Overall, this album would make a great addition to your collection.
