The rare 1st pressing of the Germs classic "Forming" with original 1st pressing picture sleeve (address listed for What? Records) and 1st pressing lyric sheet ("Published by Lexitron Music/ASCAP" along the bottom). Overall Near Mint to mint condition. Also accompanied by a yellow label "Forming" from 1980. Check out my other auctions for more rare records. Paypal and Money Order only! Payment due within 7 days of auction close!
