Although the previous night from 5/8/77 at Cornell University, one of the most famous Grateful Dead shows in their history, is most commonly referred as the best show of 1977, one of the shows that most often gives Cornell a run for its money is 5/9/77 at the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium.
