Up for auction I've got a copy of the double live LP: The Grateful Dead - Crazy Fingers. This is a live show from France recorded in 1974. It came out on the Amazing Stork Records label as ASR 7485. I'd say both the Sleve and Records are in VG+. I listened through both records twice for flaws and found none.
