Summary: Original 1968 The Great Society With Grace Slick, UK first press A2/A2. Clean CBS orange and black walking eye labels (EX-). Audio VG+. Vinyl retains its gloss, a couple of wispy lines/needle lines, nothing else and only really visible under bright light, VG+. Original CBS promotional inner sleeve (no splits). Front laminated sleeve, rear has age relating handling VG.
Part of my own collection.
Sleeve: Front-laminated Ernest J. Day sleeve. “Stereo” sticker on front. Solid sleeve, as in not flimsy, opening edge wear, wear on spine. Rear show age related handling – it is a 1968 release! See photos. Probably leans slightly towards VG.
Comes in a new poly lined inner but comes with the original CBS promotional inner sleeve
Labels: Classic orange and black (walking record) labels, clean, no sticker residue or graffiti. Solid VG+/EX-.
Vinyl: Heavyweight vinyl retains its original gloss under normal light. A bright light shows light signs of play, wispy lines/light needle lines nothing that affects play, graded VG+ See photos.
Audio. Plays through with no major problems. There is occasional ‘light’ background crackle, most obvious between tracks, but doesn’t overpower the music. No sticks, skips, pip or pops. Solid VG+

The few records I sell are either the results of upgrades, duplicates or a bit of thinning every now and again – which this is. If anything is not as expected, please contact me straight away and I will do everything to resolve any problems without argument.
I strictly adhere to the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide using one + or - for addition guidance:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
