From the popular but short-lived ABC TV series of 1966-67, starring Van Williams as the Green Hornet/Britt Reid, and the iconic Bruce Lee as Kato. Billy May's theme for this series, based on Rimsky-Korsakov's "Flight of the Bumblebee" and with the great Al Hirt on trumpet, is probably one of the most recognized themes of 1960s TV.
Outer sleeve says "3186 Monaural" on front and T-90953 in upper right on back; LP label is 20th Century-Fox Records, distributed by ABC Records and Mfd. by Capitol Records, and is marked T-90953 (T1-90953 side 1, T2-90953 side 2) 

This mono LP is in NM- condition; a previous owner (drat you, Mike!) insisted on writing his name in various places on the cover; there is also tape on top/bottom cover edges.
