Winnipegger Chad Allan, from the band The Guess Who has died at the age of 80.
He was a founding member and original lead singer of the band, recording three albums before leaving it in 1966.

The Guess Who Super Golden Goodies 10 Top Hits1975 Canadian Pressing on Quality Records budget label Birchmount. A reissue of the same title originally on Quality subtitled as 12 Top Hits, this version omits two tracks, "He Ho (What You Do To Me)" and "Believe Me". A nice collection of tracks from the first three Canadian Quality Records LPs 4 from "Shakin' All Over: "Shakin' All Over", Tossin' & Turnin'", "Stop Teasing Me" and the incorrectly titled" "Till We Kissed", One track from the "Hey Ho" LP: "Hurting Each Other" and 2 from the third LP "It's Time": "Clock On The Wall" and "And She's Mine" and 3 non-album singles: "Flying On The Ground Is Wrong" (penned by Neil Young), "His Girl" and "This Time Long Ago". Of the 10 tracks Burton Cummings sang only two songs with Chad Allan singing the bulk of the songs. Highly recommended!
1975 Canadian Pressing on Quality Records budget label Birchmount. Nice clean copy. Cover is EX (Excellent) with only minor ring wear front and back. Record is in EX condition with very minor paper scuffs and minor surface marks on the vinyl. Plays really nice!
