The Gun - 1st LP
(CBS S63552 UK LP 1968)
This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated sleeve & comes with a period plain paper inner sleeve.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl and has the earliest A1/ B1 matrix stampers. This is a rare UK Prog Psych LP. It includes their top ten track "Race With The Devil". It has an excellent Roger dean designed cover too.
Sleeve: There is A 3 cm bit of more moderate rubbing wear to the bottom edge. There are some mild laminate creases, light to mild ringwear too. There is some more moderate rubbing wear to the spine in some areas. VG condition. Vinyl: More moderate to moderate sleeve rubs can be seen when viewed under a strong light. There are several hairline marks too. Fair condition. The labels are clean & show mild to more moderate spindle wear. Plays Fiar+, Good to VG overall. There are some intermittent light or mild clicks through two songs on Side 1 & one song on Side 2. In all cases the clicks do not last too long. There is also some light, mild, or more moderate crackle in some of the quieter places. Playing wise this is not the greatest of copies. It doesn't jump though. The period inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some ligh to mild ringwear & creasing but there are no seam splits.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.90 to £8.00 (depending on weight). Add £1.50-£2.00 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £9.00 to £11.75 (depending on weight). Add £2.00-£2.50 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
