Description

This listing includes the book and record featuring Walt Disney's The Haunted Mansion from 1970.


It is pre-owned in good condition.

There are no names written in the cover or other marks that I note.

The corners do not have excessive wear for a children's book this age.

The record is in good condition with no major scratches that should affect play.

Noticeable flaws would be very slight fading at the left side of the cover (I presume from stacking) and as noted in one of the pics when opened to the center page you can see that the staples binding the book together have rusted.
