A RARE COMPLETE SET OF 40 LPs FROM 1982

VARIOUS ARTISTS

The History Of Rock

1982 UK complete set of all FORTY volumes of the Orbis Publishing 'History Of Rock', with each [mostly] double LP volume featuring a collection of classic recordings by the original artists from Elvis, through The Beatles, Rock, Glam, Punk & The Sex Pistols to Elvis Costello. Each volume has a similar style gatefold sleeve with extensive notes inside. The Beatles volume is of particular interest as the second disc contains the Hollywood Bowl recordings from 1964-65.


The overall condition of the sleeves is excellent with just a little wear and discolouration on a very few.

All have paper sleeves.

37 volumes are double LPs

3 volumes are single discs

Total of 77 vinyl records.
