The Insight - Cleveland Recording Company (no number) Cleveland, Ohio

A) "King Kong" is a frat rock dittie, complete with cool reverb guitar and dopey lyrics

B) "Now That You've Gone" is the moody teen ballad side, featuring Buddy Holly hiccup vocals

A completely unknown band, likely from Cleveland (This disc was rescued from an estate sale in Parma, Ohio). These unreleased, uncomped numbers sound very 1963-1964, before Beatlemania and the British Invasion completely breached the prevailing rock 'n' roll idiom

Glossy 10" lacquer over aluminum disc has no lamination issues; visually graded G+ with no notable groove wear. Despite heavy wear throughout, it play grades a solid VG (see below)

This disc was carefully cleaned with a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine (with alcohol-free cleaning fluid), then dubbed with a belt-drive Esoteric Sound Professional Restoration Deck turntable. Mono sound files are flat / no EQ, no noise reduction or other masking. What you hear is exactly what you get! You won't be disappointed!

This fragile 10" acetate will be packed like a 78rpm disc: bagged and sleeved, sandwiched between stiff cardboard, surrounded by styrofoam peanuts, and shipped inside a 12" x 12" x 5" carton.
