Description
Originally released in 1987 on Last Chance Records, Push! is the defining anthem of the German electronic wave project The Invincible Spirit, spearheaded by Thomas Luedke. Emerging after his departure from Invisible Limits, the project helped solidify the European Electronic Body Music and darkwave club sound of the late 1980s. Boasting an aggressive, heavy bassline combined with stark, minimalist percussion and sinister underground vocals, the title track became an immediate dancefloor classic across Europe. The artwork notably features a striking image of an Archaeopteryx fossil, matching the dark, avant-garde tone of the music. This specific copy comes in very good plus condition, maintaining excellent audio fidelity and well-preserved sleeve art. It remains a highly collectible and vital record for enthusiasts of industrial music, classic EBM, and underground synth-pop history.
