The JBs - Pass The Peas - Mojo Select 2918 004 - 1972 UK First Pressing - James Brown - Ex+
This auction is for the JB's Pass The Peas LP released by James Brown's backing band on the Mojo record label in 1972 and produced by the godfather of soul himself. This largely instrumental soul/funk classic is the original first UK pressing which is now rare and hard to find. Stampers are 2918004 A//1 420 - 1 1 1 - 04 on side 1. 2918004 B//1 420 - 1 1 1 - 04 on side 2.
The vinyl has some very light surface marks where it has been removed from the inner sleeve but otherwise is in excellent + condition and plays perfectly with no jumps or skips and minimal surface noise.
The sleeve is in excellent condition with no seam splits or tears. The only minor blemish is where someone has written a name in the 'O' of MOJO on the back cover but that is barely noticeable and doesn't detract from the overall quality.
Will be despatched in a strong cardboard record mailer.
