You are looking at the double album, Snap, by The Jam on 12" Vinyl 
This is a 1983 UK Pressing, the year of release, and it comes in a gatefold cover with its two original inside sleeves
Run out side 1 is stamped "S N A P 1 A//2?420 R 1 1 2 1" Run out side 2 is stamped "S N A P 1 B//1?420 R 1 3 1 5"  Run out side 3 is stamped "S N A P 1 C//1?420 R 1 3 2" Run out side 4 is stamped "S N A P 1 D//1?420 R 1 3 2 2" 
I have played the first track of each side and describe the condition as "Very Good"
"Very Good" is defined as:
"The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch"
Cover is  "Good", defined as:
"The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc."
The spine has some damage to it but there's little wrong with the rest of the cover
The inside of the cover and the inside sleeves are in lovely condition.
