The Jazz Scene Norman Granz Record Set Book Signed 2877






      You are bidding on a Vintage "The Jazz Scene" Record and Picture book produced and signed by Norman Granz. It is numbered 2877 out of 5000 copies that were made. This is a very rare item of six 12" 78RPM LP's dedicated to the music of Duke Ellington, Neil Hefti, Lester Young, Coleman Hawkins, Ralph Burns, George Handy Charlie Parker, Willie Smith, Machito and Bud Powell. All 6 vinyls are VG+ to M- with no spindle trails. There are some light paper scuffs on the vinyls and one of them has a minor ½  inch scratch. These have most likely never been played. There are some slight bends in some of the pictures but overall they are in excellent condition. The cover has some minor scuff marks and the outside of the the binding has a discolored due to its age.
