The Jesus And Mary Chain Darklands 1987 Vinyl LP 1-25656 First Pressing SRC
This is the first pressing of The Jesus and Mary Chain - Darklands on Warner Brothers Records from 1987.
Vinyl is in good condition. Side A has a few visible scratches, and also some scuffs visible under the ring light. Side B has some hairline sleeve scratches.
Listened to entire album. Plays great. No skips, hangs, warps, or repeats.
Record comes with original paper lyric sleeve. One side of sleeve has a seam tear, other seams are entact. Slight fold crease in upper corner of sleeve as shown in photo.
Outer cover has original shrink wrap. Some bump wear on corners and open edge, and has a small tear in corner of plastic on upper left front of cover, but overall in great shape.
This amazing and classic record has been stored in a record crate since the late 1980’s.

I use a ring light to highlight any noticeable scuffs or scratches in my vinyl auctions. Also helps to better highlight the runout etchings, which will indicate the exact version of the release.
I listen to all the albums prior to auction and will reference any jumps, skips, warps, repeats, etc. Or anything that will effect play in my listing.
I also don’t use any disc cleaning or disc washing system. So any residual dust or smudges have not been removed.
With that being said, I want to be as clear and honest to the exact condition of each listing, and depict any imperfections as well as I can with the ring light.
