The Jesus And Mary Chain - Upside Down - 7" Single - Red). Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter.
The sleeve is in good condition, where there are scuffs I have tried to highlight them in the photos. The vinyl looks absolutely fine, although sadly I don’t own a record player anymore so can’t run a play check. In the unlikely event that there is an issue I will happily accept returns. The records that I am selling are a mixed bag, some are from my own collection and some are from stock that took my fancy when I owned a record shop. This record is from my own collection. The Jesus and Mary Chain are one of the very few bands whose music has a made me pull over whilst driving. This is that song. It had a profound impact on me, quite incredible. I heard it on the radio (probably John Peel) and tracked down a copy. I have never wanted a piece of music more.
I don’t really have an idea of value, all the other copies on eBay are all slightly different. Judging by the way the sleeve is constructed I’m guessing that this must be a very early copy. It has “For I have sinned”scratched on one side of the vinyl and probably something beginning with “Bless” on the other.
My old vinyl is not bringing any joy to anyone sat in boxes, so I want to sell it all in the hope that it makes other people happy. If you have questions or there are any details that I have missed then please ask.
