This is from my personal collection - everything I list is! I have NEVER played it - nor had I even removed the vinyl from the original poly-bag until now. As a result, I am only grading the vinyl based on how clean the picture looks. However, out of curiosity I dropped the needle on each side to see if it was playable and it certainly appears to be - first minute or so sounded "ok" on each side - but that is as far as I went. I am one of those who thinks picture discs are display/novelty only, but I realize not everyone feels the same. Therefore, if you are looking for a good "playable" version, this may not be for you as I cannot guarantee it will play through.
One other note, a new poly-bag for displaying is going to be needed. I will ship with the original, but as you can see from the photos it has some wear - with me even making it worse when attempting to get the vinyl out for cleaning. Sorry.
