Description
On offer here is Jimi Hendrix's second LP from 1967 which is called Axis Bold As Love. This is an original first pressing on the Track Label and is the Stereo version. This LP is in acceptable condition but is certainly not a final upgrade.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE CAREFULLY AS I HAVE HAD TO RELIST THIS RECORD DUE TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER MISUNDERSTANDING MY DESCRIPTION. IT IS A WELL PLAYED RECORD AND WILL NOT TRANSFORM INTO ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE GRADINGS I WILL MENTION.
The cover is the laminated gatefold with flipback insides. It has minor edge and corner wear and a 2 inch tear on the rear which has been carefully sellotaped. You would have to look carefully to see it. It is in presentable condition and I will grade as Very Good. Unfortunately there is no lyric insert.
Visually the record has been well played with lots of spindle wear, hairlines, scuffs and one feelable scratch .I will grade as Fair Condition.
Thankfully the record plays a lot better than it looks. Side 1 track 1 has a few clicks on it. All other tracks play reasonably well with some light static and the odd click. Still an enjoyable listen on my stereo. I will grade the record as Good Condition or better.
Matrix numbers are Side 1 613003 A1 and Side 2 613003 B1.
This is an acceptable example of this classic record and it has been graded accordingly.
