Description
“The Johnny Otis Show” Capitol Records T-940. 1958. Yellow label Promotional Copy. The Record is in NEAR MINT condition. We’ve never seen vinyl this good on a 1950s Capitol promo copy. Or stock copy for that matter. The vinyl is exceptionally clean and plays with little to no surface noise. Label states: ‘SAMPLE ALBUM for Radio-TV Program Use’. The cover is another story: VG/VG+ with some light to moderate wear back and front, as well as a good deal of top edge wear- it’s a little bit ragged, with a 6" split. Sticker states: ‘For Promotional Use Only – Not For Sale.’ A rare bit of rock history in nice playing condition.
